Send feedback
Have your agent draft what went wrong or what would help, then read, edit and submit it yourself.
Fixed Point Labs wants to hear what went wrong and what would help, from the people using Rift — and the agent is how that reaches us without you retyping anything. The agent drafts; you submit. It never sends a word on its own.
Ask for it
Say what you want reported — "send feedback: the box took ten minutes to warm" — or just ask how to report a problem. The agent calls rift_feedback with a batch of items, each a sentence in your terms, a category (bug or improvement) and, where it has one, the context an engineer needs: the tool it called, the box id, the raw error. The items go into your feedback draft, and the agent shows you the link to it.
Agents also offer on their own at two moments, and only those: when a Rift tool refused or failed in a way the agent couldn't work around, and when you've just finished a piece of work that went through Rift. Never mid-task, never twice in a session unless you ask.
The page
The link opens your feedback page, /feedback; sign in if you aren't already. It shows each item as the agent wrote it. Untick anything you don't want sent; edit an item's text in place; the category is a choice. What the agent attached for the engineer is under a disclosure, so you can see exactly what leaves. Then one button: Submit feedback.
Nothing is sent until you press it. You have one draft, and the agent adds to it: if you think of something else, ask the agent to add it, and reload the page. The submit sends what the page showed you; if you leave every item out, nothing is sent and those items leave your draft. Anything the agent added after you loaded the page stays for next time. Feedback you don't submit expires a day after the agent last added to it.
Where it goes
Straight to the people building Rift: each item you submit becomes an issue in Fixed Point Labs' Linear, with what the agent wrote kept beside your edits — so we see both what you meant and what the agent saw. Rift also sends your email, so we can answer you, and the names of your organizations, including your personal one.
